Ordering from Gonzostore.com™
is fast, convenient and most importantly, secure. As you browse through
our website and see which product(s) you wish to purchase, simply follow
the easy instructions onscreen. We will send you a confirmation email
as soon as your order is placed. Remember, shopping online at gonzostore.com

Sales Tax:
All orders will be charged the appropriate state sales tax, based on the
shipping address. Orders shipped to the state of Colorado will incur a 2.9 % sales tax. Orders shipped to Pitkin County in Colorado will
instead incur a 6.9 % sales tax. The applicable sales tax charges will be listed during
the shopping cart checkout process.

Payment Options:
GonzoStore.com ™ currently accepts various methods of payments. Online by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover or Paypal Account, or if you would like to pay by mail you can use a money order or check
. Please contact our Customer Service department by email gonzowear@gmail.com and one of our customer service representatives will gladly help you calculate your order total.
Paypal is a third party billing service that allows customers to pay via credit card, checking account and with Paypal credit. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. However, if using a credit card already linked to an existing Paypal account, Paypal requires that you use their service.

Shipping Fees:
Gonzostore.com™ ships using the United States Postal Service (Tracked Priority Mail).
Shipping & Handling fees to the USA are calculated at $7.95 base + $1 per item (stickers and lapel pins are not counted towards this fee). Sticker-only orders are charged a flat $2 regarless of how many stickers ordered.
International orders consisting only of stickers and lapel pins are calculated at a flat $12 to Canada or Mexico, or a flat $15 to anywhere else in the world. All other International orders are calculated at a flat $ 23 to Canada or Mexico, and a flat $28 to the rest of world.
Duty and customs clearance charges—in the country of final destination—are the customer’s responsibility.
Your item will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of your payment. You will receive an automated email with tracking information when we ship.

For information on shipping costs on orders totaling $400 or more — shipped to only one location — please call customer service at gonzowear@gmail.com.

Billing Policy:
Once we receive your order and we have verified payment on your credit card,
we will ship your product(s) during our next shipping cycle (usually within 7 to 10 business days). Delays can occur; however, we make every
effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all orders. If we are unable to ship your order within 14 business days
days from verifying payment, we will send you a delay notification
explaining the cause of delay and indicate the newly proposed ship date.

Exchanging an Order:
We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition. At Gonzostore.com™ we take each customer's satisfaction very seriously. In the unlikely event that a product is delivered damaged, or one of the peacocks in our shipping department sent you the wrong sized apparel item, please write to us at gonzowear@gmail.com and report the problem. We will ship a replacement item as soon as possible.
